Prince Jeffrey, heir to minor a European throne, dutifully prepare to propose by midnight kiss to semi-arranged, quasi-official fiancee Lady Isabelle Collins, conform tradition at the New Year's Eve benefit party for the royal charity, his passion. This year it's in an aristocrat's Manhattan mansion, at least an occasion to enjoy some incognito time in the Big Apple, assisted by devoted servant Barnaby.
