Maisy works out a deal to reclassify her property as a farmhouse, which will allow her to demo it without the Boathouse council’s permission. Justin is about ready to fold on his plan until Gil angles to strike a deal with him, all while Justin’s on his first date with Riley. As Billie and Killian get closer, she discovers Killian is anti-reno and they devise a plan to shut Maisy down.
