When a woman is spotted stealing from a department store, the neighbourhood cops swoop in and make an arrest. In Newcastle, neighbourhood cops Neil and Hayley are called to an alarming road collision at rush hour. One driver accuses another of a dangerous overtaking manoeuvre and abusive behaviour.
